Клуб “Вело Царево”, се учредява за извършване на дейност в обществена полза, с основен предмет на нестопанска дейност организиране на дейности за постигане на следните цели:
да популяризира велосипедния транспорт в населени места като НЕИЗБЕЖЕН И ЖИЗНЕНО НЕОБХОДИМ, ЕКОЛОГИЧЕН, ЗДРАВОСЛОВЕН, ФИНАНСОВО ИЗГОДЕН.
